Changes:
Ransoutengai: Make it a technique again, that constantly drains your reiatsu and makes it so that you do not recieve move reductions, but still may be frozen. Can be activated/deactivated as needed. (Could set it so that the Ransoutengai buff runs last, but makes your speed stay at or above normal speed). Rather than having it revive a fallen quincy at the highest speeds.
Sprenger: Make Sprenger require buying Seele Schneider (I believe that is what they are called) for around $1000 (or more) a piece. You may only have 5 on you at a time, and when you use sprenger the next "arrow" you shoot becomes a sprenger shot. That way, you do not have to use all 5 at once, it is not completely obvious that you are using sprenger, and that way the move will still retain decent usablity, due to it not draining 2/3 or 3/4 your reiatsu.
Glove: Make it so that once you master your glove, you cannot break it until level 150. This will discourage people from remaking over and over again, or at least moreso than at level 65.
Achieving Final Bow: Rather than if you fail to get the final bow and be reduced to the worst possible character, make it so that you get a bow that is inbetween the strengths of the first and second bows. This way, the character will still be usable, but not have gained the maximum benefits and will still have "Failed".
Additions:
Quincy Volstandig: Potentially add the new form the Quincys have revealed in the more recent chapters. But rather than give them a power boost, just give them a moderate speed boost. And have it drain a small amount of reiatsu while in use.
(This last one is a little different, so I am not backing it entirely. Just a thought on the technique though)
